I have been trying to get a debit card for days. No one answers the phone most days. Once I got an answer but was put on hold an extended amount of time and had to go because I had to get back to work. I work during their open hours so I'm unable to go in person.
I was told by the fraud department to visit this branch to have a new card printed, a process that should take less than three minutes and is considered a standard teller transaction. When I arrived, I was turned away by staff who were rude and dismissive, stating they couldn’t assist. After calling corporate, I was informed that this was absolutely unacceptable and that the issue would be escalated to higher management. Great branch.
Everyone has been friendly at this branch. A shout out to Matt for being so kind and patient when I cleaned out my piggy bank and brought in a lot of coinage-some rolled and some loose (half dollars, dollars). It was quite a bit. He never complained. It took a little bit to count.
Twice I’ve came to this location to open a bank account with checks over $5000 but everybody’s too busy to help Just kidding they’re all standing around doing nothing but can’t open an account for me. This place is a joke. Don’t open a account at this location
