Terrible experience. Jose, a personal banker, walked me in his office while I was waiting on Grace, the business banker and branch manager, to finish with a customer. From the time he said hello I felt like I was talking to salesman…a timeshare salesman. Teller Rep Yassmen did a amazing job assisting me in a very difficult Fraud situation. She was very knowledgeable, extremely courteous and friendly, as well as outstanding customer service, and efficiency. I explain to her I went to your location in Brier Creek, NC. While I was at that location there were no customers. I waited five minutes to be assisted. The ATM seems to be down more often than not recently. I tend to use it to make deposits and it’s an inconvenience when it is down as the next closest pnc atm with deposit is the sheetz on 70 in garner.
Been here twice, supposed to change my address didn’t. Then got new card and they didn’t give me pin. I called to get it sent and they can’t because they never changed my address lol PNC is a joke and this branch is the worst. Changing banks, would advise no one to bank with PNC
