The wait times at this branch are beyond ridiculous. This is an ongoing issue not just a one time occurrence. Wait times of half a hour to 45 minutes to make a deposit are unacceptable. They need to hire more folks to run the teller line.
Wonderful, friendly and attentive staff. Always been good with PNC but this staff just makes it great
