This is the Bank I used in Gastonia and they have some in Charlotte very good to me make sure no one trying to get anything in my name or on cedit I've still not ever had credit card yet I plan on it
PNC as a whole is great bank but in the metro charlotte area, the market penetration strategy for its retail banking branches is not that well aligned with suburban growth. Chase is everywhere as this vibrant metro area grows but PNC? Nope
What kind of bank don’t accept cash??? I was trying to pay my mortgage payment with cash and was told I need to open a checking account with them and transfer the amount , I was like no and left.
The way Nassam take care of me was incredibly above and beyond. Amazing and attentive person. She even stayed after hours the help me step up my bank account. Can’t be more happier, again thank you so much
I have been coming here once a month for the past several years and have come to know everyone very well. Everyone is kind and remembers conversations from the previous month and they’re all easy to talk to. That said service is a little slow since everyone is so friendly
