I have been coming here once a month for the past several years and have come to know everyone very well. Everyone is kind and remembers conversations from the previous month and they’re all easy to talk to. That said service is a little slow since everyone is so friendly
I went here to deposit coin rolls and was told they only do that at their full service branches. I was shown a list of their locations that will do the service and their own location was listed on there. I just thanked them and left.

Don’t have anyone on site to help with withdrawals, they just send you elsewhere
