Went into the branch to make a withdrawal to go around to yard sales and pick up some FB Marketplace items. I noticed the teller "Mare." Had a long line of people and no other employees around. Mare was thumbling with simple task and messing up people transactions I overheard her saying "opps." More than once. Including when I eventually was at the counter. I ask for my withdrawal amount. She said she has to go to the vault. Came back said she can't access it. I changed the amount in denominations she said they are out of th... read more
People are not very helpful
They don't deserve 1 star, I could type for 20 minutes about this branch and even worse White Oak but I won't. STAY AWAY FROM PNC, PERIOD POINT BLANK!!
