Wonderful staff.. Patient and Kind. Everything about this branch has been fantastic
I don’t know what all the bad reviews are about. I just had a great experience at this location. Tiffany Gates was extremely kind, patient and helpful with my loan closing, which ended up taking longer than expected (mostly because I didn’t have all of the required information readily available) and kept her there past closing time. Ralph and the receptionist (unfortunately, I didn’t catch her name) were also very friendly and helpful. I would definitely return to this location even though it’s out of my way.
They don’t attach the copy of deposited checks which makes it inconvenient to track the changes. I have to go to the branch to see the deposited checks.
Can’t do anything at this branch either. Useless I can’t even access my own money. They need to close these branches that won’t help you with your own money as soon as possible so I don’t keep driving all over creation.
