Every time I go into this branch I am treated like family. They are professional and efficient. I've been banking with PNC for years and I am beyond satisfied with the service! Thank you!
Horrible Bank they should just close permanently like Friendly's did. Horrible bedside manner, no ethics, no class, they just want to fight with customers. They had a malfunction with there ATM and they even had it repaired. The manager knew that the malfunction caused us to never receive the cash withdrawal yet we were charged for money we never received. The manager felt just trying to keep the money. I get it that banks want to make money why else would they be open but to steal money from customers. Classy!
Unhelpful, uncooperative. They refused to verify a cashiers check for a customer. Very rude.
