waited about 1hr... to just hear that banker can not do it.... wrong information about canceling credit card they arent nice and just handing it off to customer service.... not a good place to make secured credit card
Out of all the people I have dealt with in banks over the years, the best service I have ever received in any bank anywhere is here. Ms. Treasure is the sweetest, most polite, respectful, punctual, and helpful banker I have ever met. Any issue I have ever had has been resolved quickly and efficiently and she always returns my calls. She is an absolute asset to this bank and I hope management sees this and relays my message because she deserves the recognition for the amazing work she does.
