Don’t ever go to this branch !! These people are rude and do not want to help !! Will NOT recommend. How are you going to keep someone from getting a new card when you clearly can print one at your branch! She told me i needed two forms of ID and when i gave her that she still didn’t print me one. I hate when my kind get a high position, they be so low-down .
Worst customer service. Tellers are ghetto(talking loud not being attentive) and didnt take inititive to help a senior. This branch is terrible.
Worst experience ever !! Try to cash a check they wanted 2% no problem was willing to take the 200$ hit then turn around that they needed to verify the check and tell me they can’t cash it because I’m not a costumer never heard that before , then tell me they only cash over 5,000$ to there costumers not to the public … I can’t believe people bank with pnc and is ok with there policy …. The fat lady upfront Tara the worst service anybody can provide ..
