A day or two before Christmas I received a check from my retirement that i had borrowed and the check was issued from PNC so I figured I would just cash it there instead of depositing it that way I would have the cash instead of waiting on the funds to clear. I went to cash it and they wouldn't cash it because they said they didnt have enough funds on hand to cash it. This check was 10000 so it wasnt like it was a massive amount. Mrs. Brenda was very polite and professional. She handled my transaction quickly and helped me get on with my day .
Went through atm said incomplete transactions for right at 1000 bucks and it never gave cash went inside to get help but refused to do anything about it saying it didn’t remove any funds but clearly did on my end
