I needed to wire money for a new home purchase. Went in over two hours before close and was told no one had time to complete the wire. I even offered to wait since there was still over two hours to close. It’s a 5 minute transaction. I had to drive to a PNC over 20-minutes away that closed an hour earlier and they were able to do it right away. I wouldn’t recommend this branch, terrible customer service. No way to treat a long-time customer.
Needed a new debit card- unfriendly service. Was told to walk in with ID and it would be ready for pick up. Not the case. Felt like the teller was prying into my business asking why I need one?? Look in your computer sir I’m sure you can see why. Been with this “bank” since it was known as St Francis. Won’t return. Getting new bank.
Bad experience
This Branch's ATM has been out of service every single time I tried to use it over the past 6 months, causing me to have to drive 6+ miles to the next closest location. Get it together, PNC. I will be changing banking institutions to something more reliable in town, because I can't make a trip out to Greendale every time I need to access an ATM.
