ABSOLUTELY HIGHWAY ROBBERY AT THE OAK CREEK PNC! am absolutely SHAKING with rage right now! I went into this branch today to cash a check that was written from a PNC account. It is THEIR OWN CHECK! Friendly & fast customer service
I usually go in to withdrawal money and now we can just use our debit cards and the tellers fill out the information. This is easier than us filling out the information. The last few times ive been offered water and they even open the door for me.
I needed to wire money for a new home purchase. Went in over two hours before close and was told no one had time to complete the wire. I even offered to wait since there was still over two hours to close. It’s a 5 minute transaction. I had to drive to a PNC over 20-minutes away that closed an hour earlier and they were able to do it right away. I wouldn’t recommend this branch, terrible customer service. No way to treat a long-time customer.
Needed a new debit card- unfriendly service. Was told to walk in with ID and it would be ready for pick up. Not the case. Felt like the teller was prying into my business asking why I need one?? Look in your computer sir I’m sure you can see why. Been with this “bank” since it was known as St Francis. Won’t return. Getting new bank.
