Received wonderful service for years. There was a nice man greeting people at the door helping with questions and getting you to the right people. Needed help with my account recently and Renee Hammond was incredibly nice. She was fast, through, and efficient. Answered all my questions and took care of everything I needed and followed through after I left on the things I needed done without me needing to make any check ins.
I love PNC Bank. I've been with them for over 50 years and would bank with no other financial institution. I've had just about every type of financial transaction with/through them - mortgage, car loans, personal loans, money market, savings, checking - all of it and in every one, the PNC staff has been exceptional in their knowledge and customer service.
I have been with PNC for awhile and I just love them. I loved having a branch at my supermarket but they have since removed it which stinks greatly. But the branch I do go to is awesome. The staff is friendly, we have alot of our business there and it has been great! ♀️
Monica is the best banker! She helped us so much! She works at this location. 10/10 would recommend
