Opened 2 accounts. Terrible service- made so many errors. And could not care less attitude with no effort to correct them. This is one of the”sad” excuse for a bank. They say never deal with large banks and this bank is prime example.

Not my local PNC but they are fantastic here. Stopped in to change my account name and print off a new card, the person that helped me Emily was fantastic and got me in and out super efficiently.
