Not my local PNC but they are fantastic here. Stopped in to change my account name and print off a new card, the person that helped me Emily was fantastic and got me in and out super efficiently.
I dealt with Kim Knippel two weeks ago several times and she was just beyond helpful during a difficult time.
Save yourself the grief withdraw your money immediately and go to a more competent bank as soon as you can. These people are absolutely clueless, contradict themselves constantly, and then feel confident in their answers that don’t make any sense. Completely useless set of people. You’d be better off using a piggy bank! At least the piggy bank can accurately keep track of your money And you can take it out/put it in without issues.
