Not a good bank to deal with
Great service and friendly small-town atmosphere. Peggy was wonderful to work with, extremely helpful and friendly. It is people like her and service like she provided that makes Stafford such a nice community to live in.
Went to this branch to deposit cash into my daughter's account. I do not have her account number but, being her mother, I have her social. I have always put money into her account this way, never a problem until now. The manager refused to let me do so saying that the customer would be upset. It is my child and she knew I was giving her money! The woman said I should take it to her! She works in Bowie, M.D. and I am in Stafford, VA! She just had this prejudice time about her. I called the direct number to the PNC branch at Giant on 317 Worth Ave to ask if their notary was available today. I have a document that is time sensitive which needs to be notarized and they usually have one available. The phone system directed me to the National Call Center. After waiting more than 30 minutes the call was answered. The representative gaffed me off. He transferred me to the same automated message that took me to the National Call Center.
