I’m not a member of this bank but received a check for my deceased father that was from the nursing facility (overpayment). I went to the courts estate dept and was advised what to file to get the check cashed so it can be applied towards his burial. I never lost a parent so this is new to me. Went to their bank was advised 3 days later they couldn’t accept the documents from the courts. Go back to the courthouse and they advise me yet again the documents are correct for a check of such a small amount due to the funds disbur... read more
If it was up to me I wouldn't bank here.
Every single time i try to pick up my new pnc card they are either closed or not picking up the phone. Please incorporate AI automated employees and online options to request temporary cards if you people dont wanna do your job
I would give 0 stars if possible. The employees, branch and bank as a whole are horrible. The hours change depending on the staff. There is no accountability or accessibility to escalate issues. I strongly recommend banking anywhere else. The poor service and lack of professional will be documented thoroughly soon. Take this as a warning and do not trust PNC bank.
