I absolutely love this branch Jay is my favorite teller. I truly enjoy how personable and welcoming the branch manager is with me and all the customers.
Absolutely terrible service! Phone wait times is minimum 45 minutes and if they hang up on you…good luck waiting again. Hidden fees so be careful. A heads ache to set up direct deposit. One of the worst banks and worst customer service out there!!!!
I went to open up a new account with an elderly member of my church. We made an appointment and were seen promptly. Kendra was very patient and helpful explaining things, and she got everything set up for us.
Kendra was exceptional, she was friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. She was quick at helping me get what I needed done and on my way.
Poor customer service and lack of professionalism.
