Took friend here so he could cash two small checks from his company. Company uses PNC for the banking.Both checks were PNC checks. They wanted to charge him 10.00 for each check because he didn't have account with PNC. He banked with Wells Fargo. We went across town to Wells Fargo and cashed his check.
Wanted to deposit my rent in my Landlords account, except the now don't take cash from non-members to deposit in their account holders account. Imagine that, a BANK that won't accept cash. A BANK. So glad I don't bank there, and I won't bank there. Heaven for id someone wants to deposit CASH into your account at a BANK.
They refuse to close an account. Due to the horrible customer service, I moved my business to Ithink bank, and brought PNC to 0 balance, with no pending transactions. They refuse to close the account. I would rather deal with a shady car dealership then this PNC Bank. Both Sebastian locations are horrible.
Worst bank ever. I can't begin to list the litany of problems I've had with PNC. And it's not limited to one branch here. They don't seem to have hired people that actually know what they're doing. Definitely getting rid of PNC and hope another bank actually has folks that know how to help solve a problem.
