No cash at a bank. What a joke. They deserve 0 stars
Being from out of town and needing some cash we went to our secondary bank, PNC, big mistake! Only one of their 4 local branches dispenses cash (I don't want or need another debit card). The host (he) that greeted us was worthless with his information and displayed an "I don't give a .... attitude". This is why PNC is only a secondary banking option and given this experience might not remain an option at all. This is the only bank I’ve ever used, and it’s time to find a real bank. They got rid of all tellers and drive-throughs, I go inside to withdrawal certain cash denominations and they tell me to use an ATM, and then proceed to tell me to “try not to use the ATM due to possible skimmers being put on their ATM’s”. Also, you can’t withdraw 100’s, just 50’s and below. I used to love them, but they are just more inconvenient than ever now. It’s beyond frustrating working with them.
After being turned away by the Indialantic location, my mom went here. We can’t say enough about the wonderful experience with Michael Schoenherr!
