What's the point of a branch if they can't do a cash withdrawal? Suggesting me to go to Huntersville is not an acceptable answer. Might as well shut it down and turn it into something useful.
If you need cash transactions, this location should be avoided. Poor customer service who only point you to the ATM! Personally I’m looking to change to a true full service bank.
Spare yourself a trip if you need actual cash from an actual bank. Cash only available through atm with the max of $1000... Wish I would not have wasted an hour of my life driving when I could have gone to any local ATM within 30 seconds of my house. Unhelpful people working there at best.

Today, I attempted to make an appointment to discuss options for growing my business, but there are no available slots—only dates up to the end of February.
