I went into the bank to handle some personal business, was greeted at the front door and the gentleman was holding the door for me, answered all my questions and resolve my issue with no questions asked. I would love to work with a such kind people that have the knowledge of what they are doing. Will be back in the near future to do business.
The few people remaining in this branch are great but they serve no purpose. I don't understand why there are no tellers.
This banking branch is terrible and so inconvenient to the customer. PNC as a whole do not bank with them.
