This banking branch is terrible and so inconvenient to the customer. PNC as a whole do not bank with them.

Garrett was very helpful and kind, when I deposited my check he made the process seamless.
What's the point of a branch if they can't do a cash withdrawal? Suggesting me to go to Huntersville is not an acceptable answer. Might as well shut it down and turn it into something useful.
If you need cash transactions, this location should be avoided. Poor customer service who only point you to the ATM! Personally I’m looking to change to a true full service bank.
