I stopped by to get help updating my loan account. Most banks would have given me a phone number to call and let me figure it out. Instead, Enrique listened to my needs, made the necessary calls, and made sure the process was started. He went above and beyond to help me! It is so refreshing to talk to a human and not a robot or AI desk. I will recommend PNC Cornelius to anyone!
I am a small business owner, and I occasionally need to speak with a banking manager. However, I've tried calling and emailing my branch manager without receiving any response. Today, I attempted to make an appointment to discuss options for growing my business, but there are no available slots—only dates up to the end of February. I see why the reviews have declined. I do the same transaction most weeks and this time the teller informs me she needs all my personal information to make a deposit/change order into the same company account I have been depositing into for 6 years. Then when I couldn't remember the name of the lady that helped me last (as their turnover is so high) I was informed that the person in that seat now had been there 3 months and didn't know me, and the other person left in October, even though I couldn't tell her who that was, sh... read more
No tellers, no cash, this location isn't much of a bank. Wanted to make a withdrawal, they told me to go outside to the ATM. When I told them I don't have a debit card with them, they told me to drive 30 minutes away to a location that could make me a debit card. What a joke. Years of putting up with telemarketing calls and 0.01% yields from PNC and they turn the only branch close to my house into some sort of useless sales office.
There’s no manager at this location and everytime I tried using Zelle, it showed up as fraud, no one fixed it and it’s been 3 months. Opened an account at Pinnacle which is much better.
