Consistently great me with a smile at least 3 members of the staff remember my name I only come a coupe times a month so this really Impresses me. They also have the patients of a saint lol I watched them help the elderly navigate and explain through there accounts as they were having a difficult time , and from the sounds of it it really didn’t pertain to Pnc but they still helped ! Love this staff

i have been coming here to this PNC Bank for the past 9 years I must say it's a pleasure to be able to come to a teller by the name of catharine Allegre she's definitely very kind and very professional hard-working woman she definitely deserves a raise thank you Catherine I recognize your hard work and I thank you for helping me every time I come in to put in my weekly checks you are definitely not unseen God bless

Have been banking with PNC for over 10 years, never had any complaints. We started a new business and needed to open a business account. Patty was able to set an appointment for us day of, and we were able to get everything taken care of, cards printed, and all our questions answered. She was very nice and helpful, and she went out of our way to take a late appointment. Thank you!
