Very rude front desk lady. Ended up walking out. No reason to be rude if you’re having a bad day
I just opened a account went in today to cash a check and they were so rude and unfriendly I decided to close my account today

I went there today to get my new debit card as my old one was about to expire and I no longer lived at the old address my new card would be sent to. The teller (I think his name was Brian) was very friendly and professional and was able to help me determine if a new card has already been activated and sent to the wrong address and then he was able to issue me my new one, no problem. Consistently great me with a smile at least 3 members of the staff remember my name I only come a coupe times a month so this really Impresses me. They also have the patients of a saint lol I watched them help the elderly navigate and explain through there accounts as they were having a difficult time , and from the sounds of it it really didn’t pertain to Pnc but they still helped ! Love this staff
