I have only been here once to use the atm and have been getting calls about needing to be spoken to? I never stepped foot in here, so why am I receiving calls from this location and why do they have my number? Like no I don’t wish to speak with you.
I have never been spoken to more rudely than I was with the bank manager. I came in asking what the charges were on my account and he said that I signed a disclosure to have that amount removed which I don't remember doing so I was confused I asked him to explain he then got irritated and then took me over to a desk then told me I had pending charges I told him I wanted to close my account while there's still money in it he told me I wasn't allowed to do it because I still had pending charges from over the weekend.
