James St. PNC is my favorite branch. Excellent service and friendly staff, with above and beyond customer service. The office is result driven, customer focused and exudes a high level of leadership.
Mr. Ben was very friendly and helpful to and 43yr women.
Do not bank here hands down.The worst banking experience of my life. They have flagged three deposits of mine that were over a thousand dollars as fraudulent.Why would I want my banks stopping people from putting money in my account. Then they argue with you about it.And you can't access it for up 29 days.This place is awful, awful customer service.Awful policies do not bank here
