Everyone (including employees) knows PNC is the worst bank in Michigan.
Amazing customer service and very professional! They helped me do something I haven’t done before, and they explained the whole process to me. They even saved me money!! Nick, the branch manager is great! Super friendly and great environment. I will definitely be making this my home branch location!
If you actually want money and or service DO NOT USE!!! I tried to use this POS bank on two separate occasions. The first time the ATM did NOT give me my money and the whole damn system just froze. The second time the ATM kept my card, and when I went inside to get it on the next business day they were open. They told me they shredded it!!!!
I’ve given this institution more than enough time and chances to prove themselves, but the service has been consistently disappointing. Communication is poor, issues go unresolved, and it’s clear that customer needs are not a priority here. I expect my bank to treat my time, money, and trust with respect and this place has failed on all counts.
This has to be the worst Bank in Michigan. I'd much rather do my business with Charles Schwab. They don't charge me for added checks or lost card and everybody is on the same page. Meanwhile at PNC they freeze $100 for the weekend because I needed to get gas (that the pump declined and I had to use another card even though they already withdrew the $100)
