I've been banking here since before it was pnc"20+years". My son has an account that got hacked for $5000 and now they won't give him his money back. I believe the fraud department is the actual fraud. Time to close all my accounts. DO NOT BANK HERE!!!!! WHAT 18 YEAR OLD THAT LIVES WITH HIS PARENTS USES A $5000 CLEANING SERVICE?? Well PNC, we have about 6 accounts so far that we will be closing this week. Wish there was a ZERO star option..

Most of the time when you pull up to the ATM to withdraw option is grayed out and you can’t pull any money out. Then you say on the window you have a 24 hour ATM in the entranceway, but the door is always locked if the bank is not open so I’m not sure why it says 24 hours because that would mean 24 seven never closes you guys can’t even put the right sign on the window. Why say 24 hour ATM when you don’t have one this Bank sucks.

I have had PNC for many years in a different state and enjoy PNC as a whole. This specific location is blah though. The workers are not rude or friendly, they're just there. The outside ATM is constantly out of cash or not accepting cash and you have to go around the block to get back to the drive thru since it's a one way street. I mostly still bank here because I had better experiences at other locations and have had the account a long time.
