This branch has a management problem. Last month I was trying to withdraw some cash from the ATM there. Cash withdrawals were not available. I went inside. It was just one teller working out of three windows. After spending about 15 minutes in line (I currently have disability and standing is painful for me) I was told the card terminal was not working. So, I had to drive to another branch. I came back to this branch today. It was no cash in the ATM again. I think this branch manager has to be fired immediately.
The clerk couldn’t even tell me whether my account was active. Said he would call back, but didn’t. Wouldn’t answer my call when I called back
We stopped by this branch because it was convenient. We needed to transfer funds. They charged us $95 for a wire fee without disclosing to us. The personal banker only cared about selling us on other services. I love my Vanderbilt branch, but I'll never visit this branch again.
