I was here and I got in line and there was a lady filling out a deposit slip With a worker and she was not done. I walked in and I walked straight in line and she basically cut in front of me because she said she was in the building before I was and no one stopped her and that was so unprofessional now I have to wait and I’m irritated. First time going to this location and last! there was a heavy set lady there, that was so rude she seem to have an issue with me withdrawing a large amount of my own money from my account, she literally called over other bank tellers to ask why would she take all of this out, not friendly at all, that experience today, makes me want to switch banks!

This PNC is so trash fire everybody man all I needed was a new debit card they told me to come in 5 days later I drove to secor PNC they make it the same day
