Nah, I don't recommend. I had a lot of money go missing and it wasn't until this last time that $165 dollars was took out of my account after I went to bed and they couldn't find it. So I got my money and left.
I love going to the bank because of this branch. Alissa is amazing and always willing to set a meeting with me to work through my banking needs. My husband and I run a small business so we have a lot of banking needs. We've also enjoyed meeting their new addition Nathan who has also been just as helpful for personal banking needs. With everything being online theses days its nice to have a real human interaction and this PNC branch doesn't disappoint.
I had a wonderful experience with this branch, especially Nathan Carter. He went above and beyond to assist me with my options post hurricane Helene. I am so grateful for everything he did to assist me.
Imagine living in 2023 and not having a public bathroom for your customers.
We used to like PNC but they've shut down their teller service at this branch inside and drive-up. Now it's not much more than an ATM.
