I see why this location got a 1 star review. My son and I couldn't be helped because my POA was done at Reynolds location (even though Reynolds scanned and sent it). We were told it needed to go to their legal Dept...smh...I learned that was not true! I also couldn't be helped with ACH that day or even later until I made an appt. Being a railroad employee doesn't give the freedom of going to a bank just any day or time. I'll stay with my credit union over big banks.
Customer service is horrible. No one spoke to me or ask why I was there. Not inviting or welcoming. Glad I don’t bank here.
Liars don't go here if you need any help with your account.They'll just lie to you and tell you their printers down.They have no desire to help you at all and are very rude
