Slow as hell in the drive thru when they have to go get money out of the back.Waiting ten minutes in line in the drive thru while other cars go around you to get service is okay because they had to go get money. NOT!
best bank Ive had Whenever Im out of town or in town they are there to help me.
National City Bank has been nothing but good to me. I get taken very good care of weather I am there or on the phone. Those people have bad days too. I thank them for their hospitality to me.
This bank has awful service you ask question they say not their problem and hang up on you when you call.
