Walked into the S Grand office unannounced, got a quick meeting with Alex, even though she was very busy. She listened intently, then solved my problem with a few moves. I am sure I will prevail and get my money moved swiftly to my new PNC account in another state. She was a real pro. It was real pleasure to watch her solve my issue.
