The drive through here is painfully slow. The workers go at a snail pace and don't care at all.. so expect to be sitting here all day every time u go! Very poor service. I would never bank here. I have to deposit to a business account that someone else opened here and I hate it. I hate this bank and specifically this location. Huntington is way better.
If you need something notarized don’t bother trying to get it done at PNC. Today was the second time I was refused....company policy
They don’t answer their phone and I think it’s intentional. Unprofessional and ridiculous.
I've been trying to get someone on the phone to ask a couple of questions. And they never answer the phone.. And I've called more the five times on different days, within the same week. This way I prefer my credit union.. I can always get someone there..
