Sometimes a great, sometimes bad and once in a while an incredible time wasting, incompetent experience when visiting. Update as of October 2026: I finally concluded that PNC is incompetent and inauthentic in just about every way. PNC changed their systems and somehow stopped allowing me to transfer funds from my business account to my personal accounts (all within PNC). For some reason, they just couldn't address this for me. Very knowledgeable both Florida & Ohio. No hassle, branches cost to cost.
I went to PNC on Secor to exchange a $100 for smaller bills. I put the $100 bill in the cylinder along with my bank account card. I told the cashier what I needed. She said I need to also send in my driver license. I refused, I'm not depositing or with drawing any money out of my accounts I just want smaller bills. I was told if I don't send in my driver license I can't do the transaction. I'm ready to close my accounts and take my business elsewhere.
Friendly helpful always greet me and get my info that I need
