I went to PNC on Secor to exchange a $100 for smaller bills. I put the $100 bill in the cylinder along with my bank account card. I told the cashier what I needed. She said I need to also send in my driver license. I refused, I'm not depositing or with drawing any money out of my accounts I just want smaller bills. I was told if I don't send in my driver license I can't do the transaction. I'm ready to close my accounts and take my business elsewhere.

It has been about a year since this happened but I still think about how helpful they were when I got scammed for $1500 and they got it back for me. Nicole was so kind and helpful and I can't thank her enough.
