It’s pointless to call yourself a bank if there’s no money on-site. Why advertise banking services if you can’t even cash a check there?
If there was a way to give MINUS stars, I would. This location has no cash EXCEPT thru the atm. No cash advances. No teller. Garbage. The ONLY reason I use PNC EVER is bc USAA is somehow affiliated with them and I can do my cash advance withdrawals thru them. SOMETIMES. I needed a cash advance bc you HAVE to have an acct to get a cashier's check. Stole a bond from us, terrible service very upset
Cash withdrawals can only happen via the ATM. Not helpful, very inefficient use of my time, would not recommend this location to anyone.
This a "bank" with no cash withdrawals allowed. The PNC employee confirmed that this location's ATM is so short on $50 bills that my $1,500 withdrawal attempt failed. Their ATM is short on bills. Wish this was a joke. Wasted my time driving here. I now understand the dismal reviews.
