It's extremely unfortunate PNC closed the Grandville full-service location. I do not hold the staff responsible for the limited service at this Wyoming location, as it was a corporate decision. However, the location would more accurately be named a "boutique " Branch, as normal banking transactions cannot be performed here. I only gave 2 stars because the staff is generally helpful with limited transactions. However, for the corporate decision, I would give 0 stars.
Professional, high-quality service. Everything from a simple Cashier's check to more complicated issues, they are efficient, effective, and understanding. I've had the pleasure with working with 3 different team members at different points, and they have all been pleasant in demeanor and very competent. PNC as a whole has treated me well, but high marks for this branch in particular.
Super helpful and nice people!!
It’s pointless to call yourself a bank if there’s no money on-site. Why advertise banking services if you can’t even cash a check there?
