Just had the nicest most helpful bank teller ever. Her name was Rachel. We need more people like her in the world. Awesome attitude and seemed to genuinely like her job.
This branch has really gone downhill in the past few years. The recently installed ATM is out of order far too often. I've had a PNC account for 20ish years but at this point I'm considering opening an account elsewhere.
Lisa holds the whole building up and is always good for a hello!
