It closes at 5 pm. Just got back from the bank, could not deposit my check
I have to cash checks for my place of employment and I always call in my petty cash amount so they can have the cash that I request ready for me .. Never once did I ever have a problem with them not having it ready for me . The tellers are all sweat and very nice. I am very pleased with their service and so is our Company.
Went in for a replacement debit card and wasted over an hour of my time. I was told I needed an appointment and so I scheduled one. When the time for my appointment came I was told I couldn’t be helped at the time and would have to wait an additional 15 minutes or more. I have several accounts with PNC and have never had a good experience with staff in person. That just sealed the deal on switching banks permanently.
