I scheduled an appointment to open an account at this location, expecting a smooth process. However, I waited for half an hour before being seen, while others who arrived after me—without an appointment—were prioritized ahead of me. This was frustrating and disappointing. When I asked the front desk for an explanation, there was no clear reason given. Overall, the experience was disheartening.
I discovered PNC when I needed to fly from Florida to PA to help my father. His neighbor alerted us to problems he was experiencing. Upon arriving, I quickly discovered that the staff at his local PNC branch had, kindly, taken him under their wing! He was confused, and was feeling lost.
