I contacted PNC at the start of April regarding a IRA contribution for the 2023 tax year. Through a 6 month back and forth that included their financial advisor Craig making several errors and nothing but insincere apologies and fake attempts to back step their errors, I have decided to move to a bank that cares about their customers and doesn’t waste their time. Great service and very knowledgeable
They go out of their way to protect their customers
It may just be another bank, but every time I visit, I am greeted with kindness and smiling faces.
Unfortunately I had a bad experience at two separate branches. I felt that the employees did not want to assist me in opening an account. Although I do not have six figure money coming in, I still felt as if they thought I was bringing in pennies and looked at me as worthless. Since I felt mistreated at one branch, I decided to try another PNC branch and had similar treatment. I decided to take my banking needs elsewhere. Management should step in and discuss further training with staff.
