I've banked with PNC for years. I've never had a problem. My wife and I have several CD's. We worked with Alissa Butler on transferring money from other institutions and setting up our accounts. Also the CD's matured and needed to be renewed. Alissa did a great job and we hope to work with her in the future.
I contacted PNC at the start of April regarding a IRA contribution for the 2023 tax year. Through a 6 month back and forth that included their financial advisor Craig making several errors and nothing but insincere apologies and fake attempts to back step their errors, I have decided to move to a bank that cares about their customers and doesn’t waste their time.
