Friendly and great personal service.
Opened an account here to get access to Cashier cheques. Stacie Coronado was helpful and took the time to explain the different accounts. Trisha opened the account using an initial check deposit from my online bank. This is very close to home and so easy to get to when banking services are needed.
Usually, they are very nice here but went in and this young women was quite rude and hostile. I ended up becoming very defense and hostile as well because I didn’t understand why I was being treated this way. She didn’t introduce herself or anything. I understand she might be having a bad day but I am having one as well. Kindness goes a long way.
I’ve always had good experiences here. The bank is always clean and the staff friendly. The only problem I’ve had is the hours. They close so early, a little more time would be perfect. Other than that no complaints, keep up the great work!!
