Super bad customer service, rude and unprofessional staffs especially manager and a lady who take your call and hang up on you!!! This PNC location never solves your problems don’t go to this location go to other locations. Trust me
The young lady that was at front desk to greet you was so kind to me. On 3/31/25 I had a sign in issue. She walked me through it with patience and a smile. Even told me to come back and she would continue to help resolve issue. I truly value customer service like that.
