Called and asked if they could cash in savings bonds, I was told I could come in and open an account and they would cash them for me. Went it, waited 20 mins to speak with someone, only to be told they won’t do it cause I haven’t had an account for over a year with them. Waste of my time.
I have my personal account, my parent's trust account, and our family business account with PNC. They have always bent over backwards to help us.
