ATMs are always out of cash or not working. Unsafe to bank at this location because of the frequent robberies.
Let me start by saying the staff at the branch are great. My problem is with PNC and how they handled a dispute for service/product I didn’t get but yet they decided to give that merchant my money over 3 months after the dispute. The customer service line couldn’t tell me anything even though the dispute was for good reason as the merchant wouldn’t return my calls to cancel in the time allowed.
