Horrible customer service. What a joke. I hope the other branches are better than the Martins Ferry location.

Always nice and helpful
Never in my life when dealing with a bank did I feel more disrespected and a constant basis. Their home mortgage individual was blatantly rude and disrespectful. Without a doubt she felt like she was doing you a favor by helping you with your loan. Would never go back and would never recommend to anyone.
