Closed my business account a couple days after opening on the day I transferred money into it. No email, no phone call, no reason. When I called the First Lady hung up on me and transferred me over to Chex. Have to wait 10 days to get a check for the money that’s in the account. Absolutely ridiculous, and they refuse to give me a reason as to why it was closed. There wasn’t even a courtesy call telling me it was closed, I just couldn’t log in one day.
I came in to handle some business bank needs and I was promptly greeted by Ryan. He assisted me and provided me with a pleasant banking experience. He was professional and knowledgeable.
Jamie was AMAZING!! She helped me with literally everything, from the big important stuff to the smallest random questions I had. She didn’t just help me get things done, she actually took the time to explain everything and teach me along the way, which I really appreciated. She was super professional but also realistic, chill, and so easy to talk to. We got along so well and she made the whole experience way less stressful and actually enjoyable! I seriously cannot recommend her enough. If you go to PNC, ask for Jamie!!
