Awesome location
My favorite branch outside of the Dallas Highway Branch (west Cobb). Amazing customer service and supportive staff. I can't speak more highly of this branch. - Zhani
I have been working with Chris, the Branch Manager on several business and personal checking concerns. I have to say, even though I did not open my accounts with him or at this branch, I have never worked with such an attentive, caring bank manager. I can tell he loves what he does and more importantly loves helping PNC customers.
Very disappointing experience. Made an appointment 2 days in advance with Amy to open a money market account. You would think she would have known answers to the very basic questions I had with regard to opening the account. She had no clue. So instead of being prepared for our meeting she proceeds to make a phone call in front of me and stays on the line for at least 10 minutes to get my simple questions answered.
