Drive through sign says open but no one working. Go inside and lady tells me this location does not do drive through anymore. How hard is it to turn off the sign then?
They wouldn’t give me my money in my account MY MONEY and after I gave them every bit of information about my account that I couldn’t them they then said they didn’t have the money to give 5000 dollers what bank don’t have 5 thousand what do they do just take your money there dictators that hold your hard earn money hostage I’m going in on Tuesday to close my account just because of this branch take your money elsewhere
Worst PNC location, horrible customer service. I waited in line for 25 minutes because I wanted to get a $50 bill since I was giving it as a gift for a shower. I get up to the teller and she tells me they have no $50 bills. In the whole Bank. This is ridiculous you are a bank you should have cash on hand also I would bet good money that there is at least one $50 bill in one of their ATMs but they made no effort to look or any other solution.
