I am amazed at the bad reviews of ths PNC Bank branch. I have been doing business at this location for many years and have always been treated with respect. All of my questions have been answered. All employees are professional and follow the bank's policies. This branch can be very busy at times. Paitence is a virture.
I think this is the most unorganized, distasteful branch/bank I’ve ever dealt with. Things are always so complicated it’s insane. I wouldn’t recommend at all. The tellers make everything complex and this was the worst decision I ever made. Looking forward to finding another bank ASAP. I did this review after 4-5 different mishaps trying to give them the benefit of the doubt but it’s just not there.
Everyone is so polite, great customer service.
