Helpful and practical services offer at this location
Walked in to this location yesterday with a loan approval, walked out over an hour later without closing on the loan I was already approved for. The nail in the coffin was when the bank manager asked me to google something on my phone as she is on a computer... Ended up going to Truist next door for a better rate and professional service. Will be closing PNC accounts because of this branch after over a decade with them.
Their drive up ATM kiosk is The Worse!!! Often times you can't make a Deposit when you need to, because that option is not working properly or out!!! Very inconvenient and on top of that, they have very few locations in the area.....SMH
