Ramon, the branch manager is not customer oriented and doesn’t know bank policies. This is my third encounter with him and all 3 times he never knows the rules and never is helpful or useful. The other 2 instances that I have had to deal with him, he was proven wrong and I let them go because I didn’t have time to do what I’m doing now, write a review and give them a low rating. 6 months ago I came to the Greenbrier branch to get my will notarized without any issues or questions.
