Recently had to get a replacement debit card. A teller with the last name Hennessy made it as easy and quick as possible while still making sure my personal information was secure.
I've been a PNC customer since they bought National City Bank. I usually go to the Battle Creek location but happened to be in kalamazoo last Thursday. I went in to the gull road location to do what I thought would be a simple transaction. I explained to the person who was assigned to help me what I wanted to do. He asked me not once, not twice but 3 times what I wanted to do. After the 3rd time, I got my ID and card back from him and said we're done. Poor experience. It’s not like a real bank. They have one machine that handles transactions. The tellers that operate the machines remotely were all busy so I was unable to complete my transaction.
Cashless bank. Can't even deposit cash unless you use the ATM. No thanks.
