Walked in 10 minutes before closing to cash check for estate, met Lynzi manager we knew from Battle Creek office. She personally instructed personal banker John to help us. We didn't realize it taxed them half an hour after closing to help us out. Excellent 5 star customer service, made sure we were taken care of.
Horrible Branch policy, have moved my banking to 5/3 5/3 Gull rd has top notch bankers!
