My husband is working for a well known Farmer in the community that does his banking at PNC. So my husband went to this bank to cash his paycheck that is OUT OF THIS BANK. IMAGINE HIS SURPRISE WHEN COUNTING THE CASH BASH BACK TO HIM AND THEN SAID, MINUS THE $20 charge for cashing your check. THIS IS UBSURB AND WRONG PNC !!!!!! Whether I was a farmer , an employer or employee I would steer clear of this bank that RIPS PEOPLE OFF AND TELLS THEM AFTER THE FACT !!!
Outstanding customer service Eric was more than helpful. Will at the counter is very courteous extremely helpful and Megan from the portage branch absolutely amazing highly recommend doing business with people who actually take the time and care.
Great friendly staff, I sold my motorcycle on a Saturday morning and met the buyer at the bank, the teller was really nice counting out all the bills for me and verifying there authenticity. Happy to have a bank like this in my town!
Has turned into the worst bank around,completely gone down hill.
Every time I go inside, the tellers are never available at the window. They are on the phone or doing the drive thru, they make me feel like I am bothering them. And the financial advisor, Shaun, doesn't want to be bothered. He is there to make his money but has other things on his mind. I am not happy with this bank.
