I can see why they are closing. I used to love PNC but the last time I was there and wanted to make sure I wouldn't get charged again with enough money in my account, the guy was rude. Instead of using a little empathy he said if I didn't like it, find a different bank. I did, and am going to close my account.

Love this branch always prompt and helpful so sad to see it closing in May. It’s a shame they were the only bank in Galesburg and I remember it from my high school days from national city one can only hope they at least keep an atm there. That would be perfect still sad to see them close though
