They seem to go out of the way to not be helpful. I understand you need to be a member for many services but being rude and unhelpful really does not encourage membership. Find a good local credit union instead.

Went to the teller to cash my own mother's personal check to me and they wouldn't even cash it I personally have three accounts there and my home loan and over $30,000 in my account. Don't do business with PNC they will only hijack your money. Extremely rude manager in my personal opinion she needs to be fired
