Always a good experience when I go to any PNC bank. Very friendly, professional staff.
Terrible customer service. Sat at the drive through for 20 minutes with no help and they helped the other lane with people who got here after me. Had to go inside on crutches to get my transaction done. Then had to stand there on crutches for 20 minutes while 3 tellers helped 2 total people in that time frame. Not the first time. Bank with Huntington instead.
This place sucks. Do not waste your time! Just this morning, I went to an appointment that had been scheduled for a month. When we get there, one of the cashiers arrogantly said she will have to reschedule the appt because they don’t have any availabilities. One of the worse places I’ve been to in the State of Ohio, for real.
