My wife and I closed out our account and they gave us a cashier's check and we deposited in another bank and a few days later the bank we deposited the cashier's check took the money out of our savings because the check didn't clear supposedly because they didn't do something on their end. I've been trying to get my money from PNC since for the past couple of days. I haven't received my money yet

The worst drive thru banking I have ever experienced.. Not just once but every time.. The wait time is awful... They certainly need more help. The tellers are great but this wait time is unacceptable. Do something or you will lose alot of customers
Always a good experience when I go to any PNC bank. Very friendly, professional staff.
Terrible customer service. Sat at the drive through for 20 minutes with no help and they helped the other lane with people who got here after me. Had to go inside on crutches to get my transaction done. Then had to stand there on crutches for 20 minutes while 3 tellers helped 2 total people in that time frame. Not the first time. Bank with Huntington instead.
