Everyone at this branch is friendly and helpful. Andrew, Juan and the bank tellers are all a pleasure to do business with.
The bank, and this branch, used to be 5 star, but no longer. After 2 decades with PNC, I'm done; they don't seem to value existing clients and the manager doesn't seem value his clients or their time. The manager asked for a chance to save my business and requested that I come back in one week. He scheduled an appointment, but when I arrived he was in his office with someone else and I was met by a financial advisor who couldn't answer any banking questions and said the manager tried, but wasn't able to offer anything. My account was inactive for a while and they locked me out and can’t access my funds. Banker said he would keep me posted, but no word. Days later still locked out of my account and can’t withdraw much needed funds. Calling the bank and no one answers the phone. Like six calls during business hours, letting the phone ring about 50 times. I’m stuck at work and can’t go to branch during business hours. Nice people but HORRIBLE service
The bank staff at this location are so helpful. I can always except a pleasant greeting and quick banking transactions each time I come . The bank staff and the Manager Doreen are attentive to any of my banking questions and needs. This branch is a hidden gem in the heart of Ft. Lauderdale .
Worst branch ever. They never answer their phone. That's why I bank at the one on commercial & Dixie much better.
