This bank has become so horrible to deal with. I have multiple accounts there and have been banking with for years. Tried to draw money out of my account today with a check. Because my drivers license just expired they couldn't process for me. I went to the ATM instead. Tellers are absolutely horrible here.
My bank accounts were hacked and Gisella went way beyond in helping me get everything sorted out. I had complete confidence that she would get everything straightened out.
Always be prepared for some type of inconvenience here. No coin machine, lots of fees and no one answers phone calls. Please bank elsewhere.
Super rude tellers! Especially the one named Chris. A teller lead at that, no wonder why the rest are getting attitudes also, must be teaching them horribly. Always have a problem with the one in the middle and the far right. Go to jorge if possible he’s the only nice one.
