I bank at PNC and went there a couple of days ago to roll over a CD. First, I met with a gentleman who was helpful. However, since he was new (only there a couple of weeks) he turned me over to a woman. She could barely speak English. I finally was able to accomplish what I set out for but it was not easy.
I purchased a car a little over a month ago and it was financed through PNC as of today 4/1/2025 I’ve yet to receive a statement for the loan, payment book or where to send payment. So I stopped at this branch after waiting 20 minutes someone finally asked me if I needed help, I replied I did and why I was there. I was told they were kinda busy do I have an appointment or could I come back tomorrow. I told the girl I’m here now I don’t want to come back tomorrow. Branch Employee not very friendly. Seemed like a real character. Called in to inquire about opening a new account. Definitely won't be heading to this location.
This is the second time trying to get paperwork needed for the Assistance Office, The second time I took a print out from the Assistance Office clearly stating all that was needed and only got maybe half of it…. Need to go back again. The first time was from the King Street Branch, the second from the Willow Street branch.
Teresa was extremely helpful with a stressful situation she helped get it set straight and did it in a very timely fashion. Made us feel proud to bank with pnc! Thank you again Teresa!!!! A+++++++++
