I use the ATM couple times a week. It’s constantly down every time you tell them about it. They always come up with excuses. The one in Millersville works great.
This is by far the worst PNC branch I have been to, visiting at least a half dozen times over the past 3 years. You wait more time than any other branch just to cash a check. This time I went through the drive through and waited about 8 minutes only for her to ask me for another ID which I already provided just to cash a check PNC credit issued me for just over $100. This PNC location has great bankers! Staff always helpful.
Very good bank, nice tellers
Called to request a simple wiring service. After providing personal credentials, got put on hold on the phone for 15 minutes, then a new rep pick up the phone asking for the same questions. She pretended she couldn’t hear me, and hung up on me. Horrible service and attitude. Corporate america is really going down the hill.
