Update, it appears that my observations of this bank was accurate. It is now just an ATM, one on the outside, one on the inside. Just do us all a favor and close it down so another bank can go into this building and I can switch banks. We recently went to Europe & had to drive to the Fruitville Pike branch to get Euros, it was a pain in the butt. Our experience at Fruitville has always been great! No tellers at this location. Unbelievable. It isn't a bank without tellers. Only an ATM
No tellers and no drive thru.
My wife and I had an absolutely awesome experience with Johana. She was very kind, patient and thorough.
Doesn't really seem like a bank from inside. Why does it take 20 minutes to do anything? No longer a customer, closing my 2 empty accounts took 25 minutes.
