This is the PNC branch to go in Fort Lauderdale. Everyone is super friendly and helpful there, calls are answered in a timely manner, very well managed branch. I used to always go to the Andrew and Davie Blvd one, during the past 2 years, no one answered the call and the staff there appeared not happy to help you and the demonstrated very little interest in serving customers so I stop going there. less than 10 mins away, i am glad this one on Federal actually cares about customer satisfaction. Excellent experience, no complaints whatsoever. The place is in good condition, well managed, staff are polite and attentive and so is the manager. Every time I go I have a pleasant experience. 10/10
Love PNC, I grew frustrated with BOA been a client for over 35 year’s didn’t mean anything. I tried to get a loan for replacing my vehicle after the flood of April 2023 but BOA didn’t approve my loan, I went to PNC and in 2 hrs I walked out with a check to buy my 2022 Toyota runner. This is service and history recognition of a potential client that never had a credit score lower than 760. After this I close my account ( checking, money market and brokerage Merrill) to move everything to PNC
