Folks here are nice. They always greet you at the door.
I just had a problem logging into my Mobile banking app and due to me being out of America, I had to call a consultant. After being on hold for 27min… I got told “sorry sir we can not help you” and proceeded to get the phone put down in my ear while I was still talking. Terrible experience.
