I won't give this a one because I like PNC. I've been banking with them for years, but today I went in, and you can totally tell the management and team have changed. I needed to get two cashier's checks; it is not as friendly. They don't tell you how long the wait is, and they have one person doing everything at the teller. While two people did nothing by the front door, I think the manager could've pulled some weight and help the three people who were waiting. I never had to wait this long here.
