Samuel Grant took great care of me despite coming in 10 minutes before closing. I came in to close a checking account and I had a few questions about other products. He was so friendly, knowledgeable and professional and I ended up applying for another product with them and potentially an auto loan all because of him. Thanks Sam!
This is the PNC branch to go in Fort Lauderdale. Everyone is super friendly and helpful there, calls are answered in a timely manner, very well managed branch. I used to always go to the Andrew and Davie Blvd one, during the past 2 years, no one answered the call and the staff there appeared not happy to help you and the demonstrated very little interest in serving customers so I stop going there. less than 10 mins away, i am glad this one on Federal actually cares about customer satisfaction. Excellent experience, no complaints whatsoever. The place is in good condition, well managed, staff are polite and attentive and so is the manager. Every time I go I have a pleasant experience. 10/10
