I thought I was doing a good thing by switching from Members First my debit card there had been compromised five times in less than a year between my wife and I getting it back requires a dispute and sometimes it doesn't always go your way they explained to me that their debit card was third party. Bank itself, nothing like customer service. I was new in US when I came in April-2024. I understand I did not have enough credit history and PNC provided secured credit card against blocking my 1500. It is over 6 months, even close to a year and PNC is not able to provide unsecured credit card after having my paycheck deposits for a year. Worst bank in Lancaster county. They have a way of making customers feel like they're worthless.
