Always very helpful and lead me in best direction and in a comforting language that is accessible to a guy that eats lunch outta a pail. Even though I don't know what a pail is and I work at home.
Drive through staff is friendly and quick. We have been using this branch for deposits during COVID and have been very happy with the service
I use this branch extensively for our banking needs. I probably go once every couple weeks, since about August 2018. I've never had a bad experience. Tellers are congenial and the place is well kept.
Lost my debit card (again); they replaced it within 5 minutes after verifying who I was. Nice folks.
Closed my account with PNC a few years ago. I recently had an issue where a previous cashed check was attempted to be re-cashed. Staff at the branch could not find my account and stated it was impossible for this check to have been originally cashed. Fortunately after much research I found a bank statement showing the check was cashed over 6 years ago and I didn't reissue a check. Be careful when dealing with similar issues at this bank.
